Francesco Trupia

Dr. Francesco Trupia is now the research adjunct at the University Centre for Excellence “Interacting Minds, Environments and Societies – IMSErt” at the Nicolaus Copernicus University. He is currently PI of the research project “Civic Responses and Cultural Identity Dilemmas of the Second Generation of Balkan Muslims in Time of Illiberal Democracy”, supported by the National Science Centre in Krakow (Poland). Research interests: identity and memory politics, minority inclusion, the study of civil society in Southeast Europe and Caucasus, etc. Publication: “Debuking 'the Great Equaliser’ Discourse: Minority Perspectives from Bulgaria and Kosovo during the First Shockwave of the Covid-19 Pandemic”, “‘Good personhood’in Kosovo: a Serbian perspective from below”.
