Boaventura de Sousa Santos

Boaventura de Sousa Santos is Professor Emeritus of Sociology at the School of Economics of the University of Coimbra (Portugal), Distinguished Jurist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and Global Jurist at the University of Warwick. He is Director of the Centre for Social Research at the University of Coimbra and Scientific Coordinator of the Permanent Observatory on Portuguese Justice.
